David Green is a native Texan and spent his childhood growing  up in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. His art interests include sports figures, ethnic and Native  Americans and western scenes. His focus is primarily people and his greatest talent is capturing a life-lived in the portrait of a face.

Pencil is his main medium, but he also enjoys oils, pastels, acrylics and watercolor. He often successfully combines many mediums to portray the story he is telling.

David’s most recent and popular works is sports art. It is nostalgically stylized and features some of baseball’s greatest players—both well-known and unknown.
